I also forgot to mention i did undervolt my cpu like by 0.05 to keep him more "chilled" I checked the coolant temp and its 33-35c the temp here in my country is around 27c now (summer). In theory the block could have slipped out if position of the TIM layer has broken down, but those are very low probability occurances that would cause high cpu temps with low coolant temps and low voltage/power output. For more detailed info you can use HWInfo and figure out how watts, individual core loading, etc. That’s a bit harder to assess but you can use the load % in Windows and the Vcore value reported in CUE to check. If the H150i Temp is normal and cpu temp high, it’s most likely the cpu is being kept loaded. If you see H150i Temps in the 45-55C range, the cooler has a flow problem and you’ll need to file a warranty claim with Corsair or replace it. For most users that will be in the 25-30C range depending on time of year. At idle, your coolant temp should be roughly 4-7C over the ambient room temperature or at best equal to the case internal ambient temp. You need to look at the coolant temperature for the H150i to help assess whether this is a cooler side issue or CPU voltage loading.
